Heart Desuyo 2 is a continuation of the original Heart Desuyo series, which was released in 2001. The series adheres to the story of a boy named Kai, who accidentally negotiates with a satanic force to come to be the new ruler of the underworld. In order to keep his placement, Kai must accumulate the hearts of those who have negotiated with satanic forces and bring them to the underworld.
